The client must also back up the website and all content before transferring the project to us. LogicWave IT Solutions will not be liable for any data loss or damage. Approval of work can be given through email or a signed document. An advance payment signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
LogicWave IT Solutions Contract Details
Please note that LogicWave IT Solutions is not liable for any data entry, web hosting, or custom artwork/graphics-related work/tasks. Our responsibility is limited to providing the aforementioned services to the client, unless otherwise specified in the contract. LogicWave IT Solutions may utilize sister companies and strategic partners for additional services based on client needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and completing all tasks within the agreed upon timeframe.
Conditions for use of services
LogicWave IT Solutions agrees to provide all agreed-upon product/services to the client as outlined in the contract. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our services are not used for any illegal activities that violate Indian penal code or foreign laws. The client is accountable for all promotions, advertisements, and content published on their website, our website, or third-party websites. The client must implement necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized use of the services/solutions.
Payment Conditions For our Services
When a client chooses to purchase a product from LogicWave IT Solutions, they are agreeing to adhere to the payment terms established by the company or outlined in the contract. The client is expected to pay the full amount for the product in advance or as specified in the contract. At the initiation of the payment process, LogicWave IT Solutions may request payment documentation if necessary. As part of the payment terms, the client agrees to provide requested payment documentation to the company. All payment transactions are conducted in compliance with the company’s security protocols.
By engaging in services with LogicWave IT Solutions, clients are bound to adhere to the terms established by the company or outlined in the contract. Payment terms are clearly outlined in the contract and are in alignment with discussions held with the sales agent. The company may request supporting payment documentation to prevent fraudulent activity and provide security for all parties involved. Clients have the option to request a refund within a seven-day period if they are not satisfied with the services provided, but must provide a reason for the refund. Termination of services

Permissions and Rights
By choosing to use our services and agreeing to our terms and conditions, the client is granting LogicWave IT Solutions permission to retain their data, files, graphic logos, and rights to any content published or shared on third party websites. Additionally, the client agrees to allow us to use their name and logo for promotional purposes on sister or third party websites. Any damage to the client’s or our own reputation resulting from the client’s negligence or lack of copyright permissions is the sole responsibility of the client. It is also the client’s responsibility to obtain proper permissions and copyrights from the relevant authorities.
LogicWave IT Solutions reserves the right to request evidence of permissions and rights from the client at any time. We are not responsible for any changes made to the client’s posted content on third party websites. These changes may include additions, modifications, or deletions that could harm the client’s reputation. In the event of such issues arising and the client requests additional services for resolution, we reserve the right to charge extra fees before providing any services for resolution.
Project Approvals and Delivery
At LogicWave IT Solutions, we prioritize internal work flow and client satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and approvals. We provide regular updates on project development at various stages and require payments to be made after the completion of each milestone outlined in the contract. Full access to project materials, such as code and content, will be granted to the client upon final payment. Clients will be notified in advance of payment deadlines, and failure to make payment may result in project termination or suspension.
Modification of Terms of agreements
LogicWave IT Solutions reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions stated above periodically in order to enhance our services and better serve our clients. These changes may be implemented without prior notice, so it is the client’s responsibility to stay informed about any updates. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, clients also agree to any revisions or updates made in the future.
